Recommendations
Try to named indicators using concrete captions with an eye to you could estimate easily its value. For example "Quantity of rest-hours" or "Time of run for 5 kilometers".
If an indicator reflects the parties of your life which are difficult to estimate (parties of your character etc.) check option "mitigation".
At an estimation of parties of your character dont set wide ranges of values. It is much easer to estimate endurance of the person in a range from 1 up to 20 than from 1 up to 110.
Its good if a first value of an indicator is just a little above a bottom of its range. It will correct a situation if a first value was overestimated.
Try to not miss any moment when it is necessary to set value; it will give a large effect. Use reminders if you forget to set values.
