We! is a free-of-charge program designed to expand borders of dialogue through computer networks. Indicators can reflect any features of your character about which you would like to learn opinions of your friends or colleagues. Also indicators can reflect some your achievements or victories, lacks or bad habits. Indicators created by you have some properties, such as a name, a range of values, a view mode and others. According to a range new values can be set to it. Last 100 values of an indicator are displayed on its graph.
Your friends and colleagues cannot see values of your indicators when estimate them. They can see only captions of your public indicators and theirs ranges of values. When they set values to your indicators, you will receive a message about it; you can accept or ignore new values. You also can use requests to ask someone to set new values.
For work in a local network you ought to install a copy of the program on each computer. To contact with somebody through the Internet you ought to register on the “We!” server to receive UIN. To register on the server press 
and fill the form.
We! is not a web-messenger, the server process all data, therefore transfer of values and requests can borrow till 1 minute. At the first start of the program we recommend you to set a password to protect sensitive data from unauthorized access.
Microsoft .NET Framework package is required for “We!”. Please, install it before. You can download .NET here.
To open settings window press

Server IP, Port. These settings are necessary for connection to a server. Values by default: Server IP - 89.184.224.2, Port - 22977.
Run “We!” with Windows. By default this option is switched off.
Password, Confirm. Here you can set a password to protection from unauthorized access.
Lock at screensaver starting. This option automatically blocks the program when you leave your workplace.
Language. By default it's of course English.
Do not worry that someone can see values of your indicators. The system of blocking prevents unauthorized access. For blocking the program press 
. If you did not set the password before it the program will ask you to set the password at attempt of blocking. At any moment you can quickly block the program by pressing Ctrl+L.
We recommend you to check the "Lock at screensaver starting" option; it will prevent an attempt of unauthorized access to sensitive data when you leave your workplace urgently. When the program is blocked, the window of notifications is not displayed. About all occurred events you can learn only after unblocking. To unblock the program click “We!” tray icon and enter the password.
Indicators. How to…
To create an indicator press 
. In the appeared window it will be offered to you to set following properties:
Caption. The maximal length is 50 symbols.
Range. The indicator can accept values only in this range.
Comments. Here you can explain, what exactly displays the indicator. Only you can see this field. The maximal length is 200 symbols.
Mitigation. If this option is checked the indicator will change on 1/3 from a difference of current and new values. For example, if current value of the indicator is 48, after your friend will set it to 57, real value of the indicator becomes 51. This option reduces contrast of estimations. Only you can see this option is established or not.
Show in desktop bar. By default this option is switched on.
Remind to set value… Use this option if you forget to set values to personal indicators.
Behavior. Usually is “should increase” for positive indicators and “should decrease” for negative.
Privity. You can set values to personal and to public indicators, but only to public indicators it is possible to set values from a local network and from the Internet.
Visual mode. Graphs displays last 100 values of indicators. In turn animation displays only current value. How to add own animations learn here.
To change properties of an indicator just click it and press 
. In the appeared window change properties you want and press Apply. To change privity of an indicator you also can press 
.
and confirm. Removed indicators cannot be restored, be careful. Irrespective of visual mode of an indicator you can see a graph of values in a tooltip – hover cursor above an indicator to see it.
To switch to this mode press 
. In this compact mode you can look through values of indicators only.
To open the contact center click 
. In this window you can communicate with other users. If you are not connected to the Internet, in the contact center it is possible to work through a local network only.
To add new user from a local network press 
. In the appeared window you can see the list of computers your local network contains. The “Yes” label will be displayed opposite to those computers on which “We!” is running. Click Add to add new contact.
To find someone through the Internet press 
. It will be offered to you to enter data for search: We! UIN, a name, E-Mail and ICQ UIN. Enter everything what you know and press Search. Click Add to add new contact.
To rename a contact press 
. To delete a contact from contact list press

To set new values of indicators to a contact, focus it in the contact list and press 
. Names and ranges of values of contacts public indicators will be displayed. It is not obligatory to you to set values to each indicator. To send your values press Set. Check the "Anonymously" option if you want to set values anonymously. In this case a sender of values will be "Anonym".
You can send a request to a contact to ask him (her) to set values to your public indicators. An addressee of request can accept or ignore it. To send request focus an addressee in the contact list and press 
.
The notification window will pop up when new values will be set to your indicators. You can click the window to open the window of notifications. In this window you can operate events.
Ctrl+N – create new indicator
